Rates & Conditions
Rates:
Each stay is priced individually, based on seasonality, villa availability, and the specific details of the request.
Our curators provide a tailored proposal following direct contact.
Minimum stay:
Stays generally require a minimum of six nights, depending on the period and availability. Exceptions may apply and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Booking & confirmation:
All bookings are approved only after confirmation by our curators. Once the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received, the reservation is considered confirmed.

General policies
Deposit & payment:
A deposit is requested to confirm your reservation. This deposit also serves as a security deposit for the duration of your stay and will be fully refunded after your departure, provided the property remains in its original condition. The exact amount is specified in your personalized proposal. Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer.
Cancellations:
If you cancel the reservation before the balance payment is due (typically two months prior to arrival), your deposit will be returned in full. If cancellation occurs after the full rental amount has been paid, the rental payment will be retained, while the deposit will still be refunded in full.
Changes:
Date changes are evaluated with flexibility, subject to availability. No penalties apply when modifications can be accommodated.

Services included
Included services:
All villas include the following standard services: initial cleaning, bed linen and towels, private airport transfer to and from the villa.
Optional services:
Additional services may be arranged upon request and subject to availability, including: daily housekeeping, private chef, personalized housekeeping services, extra linen changes.
